Meghan Markle is sharing adorable new footage
Meghan Markle is letting us in on life’s little joys—and we’re here for it. Over the weekend, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, treated followers to an adorable glimpse of her 3-year-old daughter, Princess Lilibet, bonding with none other than Serena Williams at home. The cozy hangout doubled as a celebration for Meghan’s upcoming Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, set to premiere on March 4.
In a video posted to her Instagram Stories on March 1, set to Bill Withers’ breezy classic “Lovely Day,” little Lilibet stole hearts in a pink top and floral leggings, clapping and grinning beside Williams, 43, as the pair dove into a custom Candy Land board game. But this wasn’t just any game night—the Archie & Lili Candy Land set, personalized for Lilibet and her brother Prince Archie, 5, took center stage on the coffee table. “When the aunties come to celebrate … and to play! Love you @serenawilliam,” Meghan captioned the clip, radiating affection for her longtime friend.
A follow-up post showed the tennis icon and Lilibet still deep in Candy Land strategy mode, while Meghan—chill in a navy-blue loungewear set—looked on, clearly soaking up the chaos. “3 days until the party begins. All are invited ❤️ @netflix,” she teased, nodding to her series’ launch. She wrapped the carousel with a timeless black-and-white snap of herself and Williams locked in a warm embrace—a visual ode to their rock-solid friendship.
Williams, ever the hype auntie, reposted the video of her and Lilibet’s game session, sprinkling it with “❤️🥰” and sharing the cozy hug photo.
The duo’s bond dates back to their meet-cute at the 2010 Super Bowl, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. They last stepped out together in December 2024, laughing it up at the Paley Honors Fall Gala while cheering on mutual friend Tyler Perry.
This isn’t Lilibet’s first cameo in Meghan’s world lately. Just last month, the toddler popped up on her mom’s new lifestyle brand website, As Ever, in a serene snapshot of Meghan holding her hand during a sun-drenched stroll along the Pacific Ocean, Prince Harry trailing behind them amid palm trees and rolling green hills.
With her Netflix debut days away, Meghan’s masterfully blending glimpses of relatable family life with Hollywood hustle—proving that whether she’s navigating royal chapters or Candy Land boards, it’s the laughter, the hugs, and the “aunties” who show up that truly steal the show.
